  • No. We are not attorneys licensed to practice law in Arizona and cannot provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, or advise you on which forms you may need.

  • Yes. Rush In-person mobile and same-day Remote Online Notarization (RON) appointments may be available depending on scheduling availability. fees may apply.

  • Remote Online Notarization appointments start at $35. Mobile in-person notary appointments start at $50. Pricing may vary depending on travel distance, number of notarizations, number of signatures, and appointment type. Please see Price List

  • No! A notarization does not verify the truthfulness, accuracy, or legality of a document. A notary’s role is to verify identity, confirm willingness to sign, and complete the notarial act.

  • Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows documents to be notarized securely online using a live audio/video connection instead of meeting in person. Signers can complete the notarization process from a computer, tablet, or smartphone using a secure approved platform.

    Yes! Remote Online Notarization (RON) is legally valid in Arizona when completed through an approved secure platform by a commissioned Arizona online notary.

  • Yes. Mobile appointments are available for hospitals, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, and healthcare settings.

  • A valid government-issues ID, Internet connection, smartphone or computer with camera/microphone, and your unsigned documents.
